Why attend the Charity Retail Conference?
2024 saw a record attendance, with over 390 delegates joining us in Harrogate from over 120 different charities for learning, development and networking opportunities. Here is some of the feedback:
99% felt it was a safe space and inclusive environment
94% felt attending conference was helpful in developing their retail strategy
99% said they would recommend attending the conference to another charity
92% rated the overall conference experience as good or excellent
96% rated the quality of the exhibition as good or excellent
Who attended the Charity Retail Conference in 2024?
We had roles with responsibility for finance, ecommerce, new goods, retail, marketing, volunteering, income generation, property management, HR, safeguarding – you name it, they were at the conference!
13% were CEO and director level
20% were head of retail or equivalent
31% were retail operations managers, ecommerce managers, business development managers or equivalent
22% were regional or area managers
14% were from a wide range of other roles including shop manager, volunteer coordinator and marketing.
