Feedback from the April 2025 volunteer strategy day for charity retail

The workshop was absolutely fantastic – incredibly engaging and packed with valuable, practical content that I can apply straight away. Dan and Charlotte were brilliant presenters, knowledgeable, inspiring, and so easy to connect with. They created a welcoming atmosphere that made learning fun and impactful. I left feeling motivated and excited to put the ideas into action. Highly recommend!

Having the opportunity to hear from others in similar roles who share the same frustrations, it gives you a bit of reassurance you're not alone. I also felt that we were trying to achieve something tangible by the end of the day. Both Dan and Charlotte were engaging and helpful facilitators! Thank you.

Dan and Charlotte are very knowledgeable and experienced in all things volunteering, they created a safe space on the day for reflection and discussion - great facilitators!

The workshop provided effective guidance into beginning to plan a solid strategy - the trainers both had a wealth of experience which was passed on in an interesting and engaging manner.
