Assistant Manager

Our retail vision is about much more than selling second-hand goods - it's about creating sustainable income to support children and families, building a strong community presence, and championing environmental sustainability through reuse and upcycling. We're looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Assistant Manager to support our Retail Manager and volunteers as we establish and grow this exciting new venture.

As our Assistant Manager, you'll play a critical role in the day-to-day running of our charity shop, supporting our Retail Manager and volunteers across all aspects of the store operation. Your role will involve customer interaction, handling donations, managing stock rotation, and creating engaging merchandise displays to ensure an exceptional customer experience and a welcoming community environment.
