What you’ll do
As our Business Development Manager, you’ll work hand-in-hand with our Head of Retail to:

  • Drive performance across a portfolio of Claire House shops
  • Maximise sales and profitability while keeping our mission front and centre
  • Lead and inspire shop teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience
  • Ensure retail excellence through strategic planning, innovation, and hands-on support
  • Uphold the highest standards of legal compliance, health & safety, and operational procedures

Who we’re looking for
You're a natural leader who thrives on motivating others and improving performance. You have a proven track record in retail management across multiple sites and are ready to step up to a role where no two days are the same. Whether you've worked in the charity retail world or commercial high street retail, you bring:

  • A commercial mindset with a heart for community
  • Strong people management and mentoring skills
  • The flexibility to travel across Liverpool, North Wales and Cheshire
  • The ability to spot opportunities, solve problems, and get results
