Taking over the site from previous charity shop occupier - Scope,- the shop in Saxon Square, Christchurch retained the previous shop management and volunteer team, ensuring the continuity of this dedicated team. All Aboard have also retained the ‘donation station’ behind the shop, enabling donors to conveniently drop goods off out of hours.

After officially opening the shop, Cllr Charrett said,

“I was delighted to be able to open the new "All Aboard" charity shop in Saxon Square recently.  It supports many worthwhile causes and seems a very interesting and well stocked shop! I look forward to popping in and meeting up with the lovely staff again.”

On the opening, head of retail, Daniela Petrou noted,

“We look forward to working with the team who have made the transition to us smoothly and have brought with them a ready-made team of volunteers who are now supporting our charity. We are happy to announce that we will be supporting the local community with a donation to the mayor's fund in support of the Christchurch Carnival”.

Finally, All Aboard Chair, David Ordman added,

“The opening of this shop marks a new chapter for All Aboard, our first on the south coast. We are ever thankful for the support from the Scope team for getting this over the line so smoothly and send our best wishes to Julija and her team in raising funds for the numerous charities we are able to support each year.”
