This year we have day tickets available on both Wednesday and Thursday, as well as our most popular full 2-day ticket which gives you access to everything at conference, including the gala dinner. About 90% of delegates choose this all-inclusive ticket option.

If you buy a full 2-day ticket you also get entry to our gala dinner and awards ceremony included. Taking place on Wednesday evening, this is a celebratory evening of the sector we all know and love. You’ll find out the winners of our 2025 Charity Retail Awards, and it’s great to experience the atmosphere as each winner is announced and collects their award on-stage.
