Discover Help to Grow: Management – now open to charity trading arms and social enterprises

The Help to Grow: Management programme offers practical leadership training for senior managers in small and medium-sized businesses, helping them boost performance, resilience, and growth.

Help to Grow: Management is a 12-week programme which supports senior managers of small and medium sized businesses to boost their business’s performance, resilience, and long-term growth.

To be eligible, businesses must:

  • Be a UK-registered company with 5–249 employees.

  • Have been operating for at least a year.

  • Not be a charity (unless operating a separate trading arm).

New eligibility update:

Charity trading arms (separate profit-making companies owned by charities) may now qualify—provided they meet the standard criteria and register using the trading arm’s details. Social enterprises are also eligible if they meet the same requirements.
