We’re looking for CRA charity members to join 2026's conference planning group to help shape the programme.
The group will support the CRA in terms of speaker recommendations, key themes and advice on how we can ensure the programme is hard-hitting and current for members. This is more important than ever as we move to ICC Wales in Newport.
We’re specifically looking for members based in Wales or those working in retail transformation, analysis or planning who can share their insight with us.
What is involved in joining the Conference planning group?
As well as some preparation and research around this – so approximately 1 working day across the quarter.

The award recognises outstanding contributions from volunteers aged 16 to 25 in charity retail. The 2024 recipient, Lottie O’Connor from Cancer Research UK’s Ilkley shop, was honoured for her exceptional dedication and impact.
