The Sustainable Fashion Week Team are so excited to announce the theme for Sustainable Fashion Week 27 Sept – 5 Oct 2025 – Fashion Reclaimed.

What does this years theme represent?

  1. A world where you define your own style, rather than big brand advertising and influencer marketing.

  2. An opportunity to celebrate all the positive change, reclaim the sustainable fashion narrative and rediscover joy in our relationship with fashion.

  3. A chance to reclaim love for items that would otherwise be treated as waste.

  4. An opportunity to take back power from big corporations, to make demands, to empower makers and to define the future.

A celebration of the people, designers, makers, and rule-breakers who are actually changing the game.

Keep your eyes peeled for what comes next!

Are you on board for 2025? The Hospice of St Francis are already!

At Marshalswick Owned, The Hospice of St Francis charity shop in St Albans, they are supporting Sustainable Fashion Week’s – Future Citizen campaign. All their young volunteers (pictured, below) are wearing preloved outfits. There was lots of lively chatter about changing shopping habits, creating a sustainable wardrobe and the three R’s Renew, Reuse, Rethink.

It’s been great to inspire our young people to take a step away from fast fashion.
