How to obtain log-in details and a user profile on CRA's website

Every member charity has one or more Primary Contacts - i.e. your CRA website 'superusers'. They can invite colleagues to set up log-ins and profiles. If you don't know who your Primary Contact is - contact CRA. You can have more than one.

Logged in? Update your user profile

1. Once you are logged in, click on your avatar (your photo, if you uploaded one, or your initial in the top right corner of the screen. This will take you to your dashboard.

Edit profile

2. On your dashboard click the 'Edit profile' button located to the right of your name and email address.

3. On your profile page
- Click 'Edit profile' to upload a photo and edit personal details
- Click "Password" to create a new password
- Click "Marketing preferences" to subscribe or unsubscribe from communications

What can Primary Contacts do?

Primary Contacts are the key to how your retail chain is presented on our website. It can be useful to have more than one - but due to the editing privileges - make sure you know who they are!!

The vast majority of hits on our website are for our Find a Charity Shop online search. Make sure your shop listing is up to date and even enhance your listing with social media links and more.

Primary Contacts: How to invite colleagues to set up CRA website log-ins and profiles

1. When a Primary Contact is logged in, click on your avatar (your photo, if you uploaded one, or your initial in the top right corner of the screen. This will take you to your dashboard.

2. On your charity's CRA website account page, under 'Your Organisation', click the 'Edit Profile' button located to the right of your organisation’s name.

3. On the left-hand side of the screen, click ‘Members’ to view the list of current users linked to your organisation. In the following instances ‘member’ means the individual and not the charity as a whole.

4. Click ‘Add a member’ and complete the form to invite a colleague. They will receive an email with instructions to create their log in details and profile and become a Member User.

3. Change a Primary Contact back to a member user
