Naomi House & Jacksplace, local hospices for children and young adults, have opened their new charity shop in Lee-on-the-Solent on Tuesday, 28 October.

Naomi House & Jacksplace service user and Mayor of Gosport cut the ribbon to the new Lee-on-Solent charity shop

The grand opening took place in the morning with a ribbon cutting ceremony to mark the occasion.

Among guests was Mayor of Gosport Borough, Cllr Kirsten Bradley, who helped Naomi House & Jacksplace service users to cut the ribbon to officially open the charity shop. The generosity of people coming to support the opening exceeded all expectations. The response from the public was overwhelmingly positive, with many joining in on the day to browse the shop and support the hospices by purchasing from the carefully curated stock on display.
